30-day return policy

The Wrightsock Double Layer is guaranteed to protect your skin from blisters. If you experience blisters with any of our double-layer socks or are not 100% satisfied you are entitled to a refund or replacement. 

We offer a 30-day return policy on purchases on wrightsock.co.nz. The items must be received back to us within 30 days of your purchase and must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note: sale items cannot be returned unless there is a fault. Please choose carefully.

What is not covered? 

  • Blisters caused by single layer socks (e.g. Run Luxe). 

  • Blisters from socks that show signs of general wear and tear and are clearly due to be replaced. 

  • Blisters caused by inappropriate footwear or incorrectly fitted footwear. 

  • Any damage to your socks due to wear and tear. 

  • Damage caused by NOT following the wash care instructions - this includes using a hot wash, bleach, fabric softener, or tumble dry on warm or hot settings. 

  • Misuse, which includes wearing your socks outside without footwear. 


If you purchased from another online or physical store

You will need to return your socks to the store you purchased them from to claim a refund or exchange under our warranty.


Refunds

We will refund the total of the items returned in your order, less shipping costs each way. 


Exchange

You can exchange your item for another item of the same or lesser value. If the chosen item is of lesser value, we will refund you the difference. If the chosen item is of higher value, we will issue you a refund for the returned items (minus shipping) so that you can initiate another purchase.


Our error

If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you were sent a different product to the one you ordered or it had a fault on arrival), Wrightsock NZ will refund the cost of the items as well as your original shipping charges to compensate you for the return shipping of the item.


How to return

Click here to log into your account using your email. If you didn’t set up a password, don’t worry! Simply enter the email you used to place your order, and we’ll send you a unique code to log in. Once logged in, find the order containing the product you'd like to return, then complete our online exchange/return form.
