To be eligible for a refund or replacement under our guarantee, all socks must be returned. In some cases, we may accept photographic proof of the socks being destroyed instead of a physical return, but this is at the sole discretion of Wrightsock NZ.

For health and hygiene reasons, all returned socks must be washed prior to being sent back. Unwashed or soiled socks will be returned to the sender.

Returns must be sent via courier. In the case of NZ Post this means you must upgrade from their standard tracked post service to courier.
